Adapt’s packaging is made entirely from plants and 100% compostable & biodegradable. In order for our coastal environment to thrive, we must all understand the impact we have as local businesses while being responsible stewards to our local ecosystem.

the adapt mission
When we opened Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar in 2018, we wanted to create a concept around healthy, active lifestyles. We knew our menu offerings should not only fulfill appetites, but further serve the mind + body with a wide range of adaptogens, fungi, algae, and sea vegetable ingredients that support cognitive function, memory, immune system, and overall mood.
We partnered with local farmers and bakers to source some of the freshest local ingredients, and we’ve also gathered clean, organic products from around the globe to help our community make more sustainable choices.
We compost roughly 500 - 750 lbs of organic matter each week which is redistributed to local farmers and within our community for local gardens. We like to think of it as enriching our community and earth's micro organisms by following responsible waste diversion at Adapt.
