Adapt is a 'waste diversion' restaurant and top tier rated ocean-friendly establishment.
At least 14 million tons of plastic end up in the ocean every year, and plastic makes up 80% of all marine debris found from surface waters to deep-sea sediments. You’ll find that all of our organic cold-pressed juice & wellness shots are bottled in recyclable, reusable, and returnable glass. Even better, our made-to-order food & beverages are always served in biodegradable, compostable packaging.
During our day-to-day operations, we compost all of our food scraps, hand towels, and items that are made up of organic matter in nature. We compost roughly 500 - 750 lbs of organic matter a week which is distributed to local farmers and within our community for local gardens. We are able to enrich our local soil and community by following simple and responsible waste diversion practices.

Meeting one another for the first time in Wrightsville Beach was like fate. It was our deeply rooted connection to the surfing community that solidified our love for one another and the coast.
Wrightsville Beach will forever be our hometown - we share the same love for this beautiful coastal locale, where we are always looking out for one another. Our community is an extension of the same natural beauty that surrounds us all; from the waterways, beaches, and ocean we live by and want to further protect.
Whether you’re visiting Wrightsville Beach for the first time or a life long local - we all share the same appreciation for this unique and special place. By stopping in for coffee before walking the Loop or grabbing lunch after hitting the beach, we understand you are making a conscious effort to give back to our community through sustainability while providing yourself with functional nutrition. ;)
